Default Engine hesitation???

hey all, looking for some info on my 98.5 ram cummins. I just rounded up a 900km road trip, and about 100kms from home i filled up with diesel. (had just under a quarter tank remaining) I hopped back on the hi-way and all seemed well. Suddenly going up a hill passing a truck i felt a slight stumble and thought i had mistaken it for a bump. Then it happened again and again till i ended up pulling off to the side of the road about 15kms after fueling up. truck seems fine till I get above 80kph. I limped home, and Im wondering if you guys have any suggestions as to what could be causing the problem? Truck seems to run okay, maybe slightly rougher all around but not horrible till about 80. I suspect bad fuel, but could there be another issue?? Just for your info, the truck has 320xxxkms, fass factory replacement lift pump, a edge ez chip, straight piped exhaust, intake, rebuilt auto trans about 100xxxkm ago and i was not towing anything this trip.

Yup that's exactly what it was. Changed fuel filter and put in some diesel 911 additive to disperse water and away she goes. Thanks for the help!
