Default 2009 Ram need help please!!

My 2009 4500 started acting up today. Right headlight off, right works on high beam left doesn't. Right rear blinkers work no left. Front left blinkers work no right. My running lights seem to be working fine. Both blinkers are flashing fast like a bulb is out. My question is has anyone else had the same problem? Is this the TIPM. My truck is out of warranty and the dealer is over an hour away from my house.

Sounds like clasic symptoms of worn out Blinker fluid, Looks like its time to flush it out.
