Unhappy catwngs

I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins Diesel that I use to haul my horse trailer. (has approx 40K miles on it) I was headed up a slight grade this morning when my truck lost power and ultimately died. Hoping this is just my fuel filter? Has anyone else experienced this? Had to have the truck towed home...

Welcome, was there any codes thrown? Make sure your fuel pump is working, they are notorious for failing.
