Angry POST-DIY Ball Joint Problem!!!

I just replaced the ball joints on my 2002 2500 4x4. I got some information off of the internet on how to do the change out and it went alright. Once everything was back together, I went to do a test drive. I backed out my drive in 4 high and noticed some popping/ clicking noise. more so when I would turn hard. Then during acceleration the same noise. 2 wheel drive doesn't make the same noise but there is definitly a problem. I read a thread on someone elses exact same problem before the project, but I can't seem to find it back. Anyone have any ideas?

You are fighting against the axle joint.Thats why 4wd is not reccomended on hard dry surfaces there is no way for the tire to slip toooooo much traction.
