Default advise needed!!!!! all you Cummings tricksters

I have a 09' SXT 4x4 2500 Mega Cab. Trying to pull as much MPG I possibly can. Live pretty much in my truck. Here is my plan am I on the rright track.
1. H&S Mini Max
2. Increase from 4" to 5" exhaust...diamond eye
3. H&S intake horn
4. DPF/EGR delete
5.cooling tube
6.Head Studs(think that what they are called)
7.CAI have a bunks CAI fathers day present
Tryin to save money if possible. Can use all the input I can get will keep ya'll updated on milage thanks

exhaust size wont help mpg's...only thing larger exhaust does is help reduce EGTs

the deletes will be your biggest economy booster.

head studs wont help MPGs in any way. all they will do is help prevent the head gasket from popping.

CAI wont do squat either. but you already have it...might as well put it on. All it really does is make your turbo sound louder.

I know 3rd gen intake horns are pretty restrictive and they usually swap to 2nd gen intake horns...I have no idea if the 4th gen intake horns are also as restrictive as the 3rd gen intake horns...

actually the CAI will work its best if paired with a larger charge air cooler because then your feeding a colder denser air charge into the motor. i saw an increase of about 3mpg when i did it to my 2006
