It's a 01. Everything is pretty much stock. I want to get everything out of this truck and still make it last a long time.

well you can go a couple different routes. just depends on what you are lookin for I guess.

Do you want a simple set and forget type tuner, or do you want one that is USB updateable and customizable?

several options. the box can also come with a monitor that can display 4 gauges at once, or get just the box and use mechanical gauges on a pillar..

another thing you need to ask yourself: how much power do you want from the truck?

do you want to go for 500+hp, or keep it under 500hp? that will determine lift pump size you need... under 500hp you need a 100GPH lift pump, over 500hp you need a 150GPH lift pump

also what transmission do you have? auto or manual? auto will require a torque converter and valve body for just a fueling box...start throwing injectors and turbos into the mix and you will need a fully built auto... for manuals you just need a clutch rated to the power level you plan on going for..

start answering those questions and we can tell you some build options to do it right and make it perform how you want without breaking down.

I've always been a fan of the TST and Edge Comp on a 24v

both good boxes, but both also lack being custom tuned to the truck its in.

adrenaline lets you change your timing amount and timing curve, injector duration, fueling curve, fueling amount vs throttle position, etc. it is fully adjustable and adjustable on the fly. Absolutely love the box. You need the pulse monitor for custom tuning though, and there are no "hot unlocks" it comes "hot" as edge would like to call it. fuels harder and more aggressively than the edge comp with hot unlock with a quick USB flash of a comp tune. it can be smooth or it can be as aggressive as stacked chips...its all in the drivers control.
