01 tcd surging when tunner is on

My truck is surging when my tuner is on and i accelerate hard. i have edge juice with attitude,fass 150 lift pump, 75hp injectors. Could it be a weak wastegate or any ideas

What is your fuel pressure? Any codes? Also you auto or manual?
