Exclamation PLEASE help fuel problems

Hey guys I've got big problems and I'm lost where to begin. Here's the scoop. I have a 2008 3500 6.7 301, 543 miles minimum mods h&s mini maxx, egr cooler delete silver bullet 64 turbo 4 inch turbo back exhaust shim kit now here's the problem I'm getting a high idle but it feels like it is cutting out half the injectors it will just start doing this going down the road h&s will show a constant fuel pressure of 10.2 while it does this it won't fluctuate and my ebp goes thru the roof show 65 lbs plus there is no noticeable smoke now today when I put it in the shop was showing 12k plus fuel pressure at idle but wasn't running rough I hate electronics if I need to answer any other ? Please ask I'll do my best to answer

What possessed you to swap out the turbo?

Any DTCs in memory?

I was having problems with the vgt controll box and the stock manifold was cracked honestly the new turbo spools faster and has more boost and the silver bullet and new manifold was cheaper then a new vgt turbo the dtc it threw where 2 codes for crank case ventilation filter restriction and 2 codes for low rail pressure

I've order a new rail sensor but they have told me that there is a sensor on the back of the CP3 I might have to replace ???? I can here my lift pump working in the tank but maybe it's not pushing the fuel the CP3 requires is there any way I can test the flow from the lift pump to the CP3

Put a fuel pressure gauge on it and see, also measure the volume of fuel it can pump in X time. I'm not sure what the specs are.

The VGT setup spools nearly instantly, I'm surprised you were having issues with it aside from carbon buildup.

When was the last time you changed your CCV filter? It's a 60k or 66k change interval.

I change it at 50000 miles and I never had soot issues with the vgt but I get deeper into tearing the truck down today and 2 of my Injector tubes were loose and it seems my turbo has a lot of end play and looks like it has been rubbing the housing a lil I didn't think shafts should have much side play?
