Default 07 cummins mega cab o2 sensors
I was under my truck looking at the exhaust and I couldn't find any o2 sensors on it does this mean if I straight piped my truck I wouldn't have to do anything to it so it doesnt theow a cel.

I haven't updated my signature yet also own an 07 3500 mega cab 5.9l

Diesels don't have O2 sensors.

5.9 won't throw a CEL, you're good to go
