Default Faulty Tranny Servo?

Alright so its been a while since I've posted, things have been a little busy in life haha. Anyway, my 2001 Ram 2500 with the cummins has been acting kind of goofy. Doesn't seem like anything too major... I'm hoping but I thought I would look to you guys for input.

Ok so when I am driving down the road and it is about at the time to lockup, it won't, it just keeps sending the RPM's and speed higher, but if I release the accelerator for a second and then press it again, it will lock up and be good. Then if I let the speed drop till about 45 then it does a strange downshift as well. I was wondering if this could possibly be the transmission band servo having problems. Anyone have any suggestions?
