Default Fan clutch

I have a 2005 Diesel Cummings 5.9 that I have replaced the fan clutch several times. It will work for a short period of time (maybe 5-10 minutes) then it kicks very slow to where you can stop the fan with your hands. Can anyone help out on what could be causing the fan clutches to quit working? I took it to a side mechanic and he said it's the fan clutch itself, but I bought 3 different ones from 3 different places. Please help!!!!

The truck doesn't run hot, it's just the AC. The fan never kicks on.
