Default 07 3500 6.7 NO BUS code

Im getting a no bus code on the dash panel. ive put two new batteries on truck but when I flip the key dash panel is not showing a charge at all, but windows, lights work. the engine wont even make a click. im at a loss. I don't know if its a simple short somewhere, or if it needs to go to the dealer and get the computer flashed

Check all of your fuses, check your grounds, check your battery cables. Sounds like your PCM isn't turning on. Why new batteries? Who installed them?
