Any suggestions would be appreciated. 2006 - 2500 Diesel won't start unless all fuses are taken out and then put back in. Prior to fuses being checked it would not make a sound when ignition start. Not a battery problem - showing fully charged. Thinking it could be interface module.

check your grounds and battery cables. make sure all are tight.
