How much PSI is to much?
I'm just curious as to a safe amount of boost for an 02 High output. Currently it peaks at 34psi. My mods are Edge chip non comp %" exhaust and Cold air intake. The reason I'm curious is I drove another 02 with similar mods but it had the Edge comp but it only hit 25psi

on my 04.5 I can peg my boost gage out at 35# and I'm stock.
if you have an 02 you prolly have the HX30 turbo and going over 35# on it for extended periods will damage it. the HX35 that is on the 600's will handle 45# before they fly apart.
check my post in your EGT's to high thread for two turbo's that are good upgrades and can handle 50# all day long and still give more
