After reading posts, I was set on getting an Edge. But when I called the local diesel place, he said that Edge does not make a programmer that is compatible with a "cab chassis". My truck is a 2011 3500 flatbed & he said it has something to do with the urea (?) & the Edge wouldn't work for my truck. Is there another programmer that would work with the cab chassis??

 

edge isn't the best for late model trucks anyway, but does your have the exhaust fluid system, or does it just have the particulate filter?

 

Yes, it is a late model 2011....which does have the Diesel Exhaust Fluid system.

 

in that case you are SOL. I don't think anyone has messed with the DEF equipped trucks yet...
