Does any have any suggestions for improved fuel economy besides my foot?

I am looking for any additions to my 2005 2500 HD that will increase my current fuel economy from 19.2 mpg. Has any used the Power Maxx Vortex Generator or any computer chips etc.. that has worked?

i tried drews mix and didn't see a differance. maybe just on tank isn't a nuff to tell. drew do you think the anti gellin p/s and marvel will do the same? did you do any tests on this? its starting to get down to 25 degs at nite around here.. oh another thing my trip comp is acting funny last tank manulaly calculated i got 19.2mpg doing 62mph comp said 16.5 that seems like a big difference to be off and the compass went srcewie head west it says east head noth it says south. I didn't touch it but i did see a chapter in the owners man on how to reset.. just wonderin how and why it would get messed up all in one day

 

K&N air filter -take the muffler off (only gain 6 to 8 desibils) and drive down hill everywhere--works for me--Glenn

 

any power adders on low setting will give you 1-3mpg better, but then sometimes it wont, it's just a luck of the draw just like my PS&MMO mix. I have good results, but some dont.
