Alarm from Parking or Drive to Reverse

Hi
I need some help to see which could be the problem that some times starts the alarm of my truck when y change from Parking to reverse or from Drive to Reverse ?

Is your drivers door open? There an out of park alarm (your horn) that sounds when the vehicle is in reverse and the door is open.
