I have a 2002 2500 24v HO 6 speed 4x4 with a fass fuel pump, upgraded injection pump, and an edge programmer. My problem is a peculiar one. I have a code for no crank reference signal, 5 volt output high, and fuel shut off high. It does start the fuel and temp gauge get a little off at times and just drop to zero then back up to normal spot. What's going on here?

 

Hate to bump my own post but, I'm going to anyways, anybody any ideas?
