Default Hesitation issues

2010 Dodge 2500 Cummins, 6 speed manual. Cold air intake, just washed the filter element last month. We have H&S Mini Maxx tuner installed, EGR and CAT delete. Fuel filter changed 2 winters ago.

H&S website is down. Looks like it has been down for a while according to facebook. So that isn't good.

When you accelerate aggressive, to pass someone or what not. As soon as you press down on the gas pedal it hesitates then will take off. Best way that I can describe it, is it feels like a car with a carb with to small of a accelerator squirter. That bogs when you step on the gas pedal.
