OK here's the deal my 03 Dodge 3500 keeps having the lamp out light and the audible alert continually sounding off there are no lamps out and if I turn my right turn signal on it'll make the alert and the light go out for a few minutes but then it comes back on... what can I do to fix it or where can I find the wire to cut so that the annoying alert shuts off?

 

May have a bad tail light circuit board.
