fuel system

Fuel pump replaced 4 months ago. now receiving error codes P0456, P0457 (SHOWED UP 4 TIMES) CODES 40184
CODE 40164

And of course the truck wont smog..have tried 3 fuel caps but stiff have the codes.????

May wanna check ALL the evap hoses/vacuum lines....
