Check Engine Light is on

All fluid levels are fine. When I run the diagnostics it returns with "C Code E" and then "41 23". Does this tell anyone anything?

The ONLY thing I can find on that, is a statement from 2012 to ignore cluster errors, and have the codes read with a real code reader. (local parts store will do it for free.)
