Default 1997 dodge ram 2500 2wd lift

So I'm looking for something to get some lift on my 97 2wd 12v I'd just like to be able to put 33s or maybe 35s I currently have a 2" coil spacer and I hate it I have almost no suspension travel the coil spacers are the only thing I can find would it be possible to get a body lift for the truck anything

Body lifts are still out there.

Should be able to run 33's without doing anything at all on a 3/4 ton.....

Even though it's 2wd? Cause if I can run 33s I'd be happy and the only body lifts I can find are 2500-3500 gasser

Probably. Take it to a tire store that will slap one on there, and see how it fits. I know the discount tire here is happy to do that kind of thing. Especially if you then buy tires from them.
