Unhappy New Member w/ truck problems! No Power

Hi. My name is Mike Bolling. I live in Virginia. I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 SLT Diesel. When the truck is in Park or Neutral it revs at it should. When truck is in Drive or Reverse and accelerator is pushed there is no power. You can hear a difference in the sound of the motor when you engage Drive or Reverse. I have 2 codes showing up, P0480 & P0483 which I believe are for the fan clutch if I’m not mistaken. Would the fan clutch cause the issue I am having?? Thank you in advance for your help! Have a great day!

Mike

Sorry jkeaton. It was not intentional. I’m trying to figure out how to delete the first post. This is new to me. So I again apologize.

Both codes relate to the cooling fan electrical circuit, need to fix that..... It *may* be the PCM limiting engine output due to its perceived lack of cooling ability.... Not 100% on that, but, it is a possibility.
