Wont start

2016 Ram Diesel 2500 4x4 Larime. Both batteries have 12.5 volts. Turn the key to start & get one click of the starter

Is it the starter clicking? Or just he relay?

Just because both batteries read 12.5 volts does not mean they have enough amps to turn the engine over.
