Default 2000 Dodge Ram 3500 diesel

I have taken my truck to the dealership for the same problem like 5 times and they still can't fix it. My tucks CCM will not go to ready status so I can not pass smog. I have put a new computer in it, I have put a new throttle position Sensor, it used to have banks and I took all of that out, the dealership says I need a new map sensor the truck only has 90,000 miles on it and now I'm out of ideas on what could be making this monitor not ready. Please I need help, any info will be great.

clarify?
cabin compartment module? ie cluster?
continuous component monitor of the pcm? you changed the pcm?
did the dealer give you drive cycle information? if the monitor running and failing or not completing?

it is the comprehensive component monitor or that's what I'm told it is. I bought a new dealer pcm the dealer installed it still no change. no drive cycle info. the monitor is not completing. I got a turbo overboots charge code as soon as I got it back from the dealer but other than that I haven't gotten any other codes

clear the code and see if it resets or sets a pending dtc. if you get either...that is the problem. post the code #
