Default banks power system

can i drive my truck with hot wire removed from banks without harming my truck. wont hardly run with it. 2000 3/4 ton 99000 miles, with exhaust brake and possible chip. thanks.

your best bet is to remove it entirely and see if your truck will run right without it.

what exactly are your problems, low power???

drew or anyone. truck starts, idle increases slightly, begins to idle bad. when key is on boost gauge peggs out. if i remove wire from boost gauge to banks it idles and runs good.thanks for your help,.
