Default Need some help with this problem on 2006 Dodge 3500 Cummins

This one has me twisted so asking for help from smarter people than myself. Truck ran fine, then sat for about 3 weeks. Tried to start just the solenoid clicking. Replace both batteries same. and starter and the starter relay also still the same. Turn key solenoid just clicks. Check engine light flashes in time with a clicking (rather quickly) from fuel system i guess, but there are no stored codes. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated. TIA

Bad electrical connection on the high current draw circuit. So, check your battery cables.
