Default NP273 Parts Info

Recently got a 2011 crew cab long bed. The transfer case is leaking from what appears to be the output shaft seal. The entire transmission is dry. A few drips per trip after parking it.
I typically do all my own work, and was wondering if anyone who has had the same misfortune can recommend a good value parts rebuild kit and what parts I should be shopping for? Dealer stuff vs aftermarket? My plan was to just pull the T case and replace all the soft parts. Worth doing the chain or anything else once its apart? Should the transmission (auto) output shaft seal just be replaced at this point too?
I work on construction equipment for a living and have access to a fully outfitted shop space. Never rebuilt a transfer case but do similar jobs weekly. Worth rebuilding? Stick a seal in it and see? Thanks.
Happy new year.

How many miles on it?

If it still works decent, and just leaks a bit, I would be real tempted to just replace the seal, and call it a day.

150,000 miles, forgot to mention. Going to pressure wash underneath tomorrow, if I can prove its the output seal that sounds like good plan...

Chain might be getting stretched a bit at the mileage, just depends on its history, but, I still subscribe to the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" school of thought.
