Default Trans Swap

No, not the 4500 to 5600, but from the auto to a 5600. I have an '02 ram 3500 dually and have grown quite attatched to the truck, but not the trans. Has anybody done this swap before? My right hand is starting to get the itch, and that auto is starting to slip.

that is going to be a pain. . .second, the NV5600 is no longer in production so parts are going to become harder to come by.

a less expensive and probably better route would be to get DTT or ATS to give your tranny a once over. billet input and output shafts, new valve body and clutch packs will make that thing into an all new animal that could tame 600hp

The original thought was to go for a built auto, but I like the idea of shifting my own gears. The auto has the tendency to "not pick a gear" when I am pulling or going up a hill.
