What kind of mileage can I expect to get in a 2003 Quad Cab long box diesel? I am not going to be hauling just city and highway driving alot.

 

it depends, 4x4, auto or manual, 3.73's or 4.10's???

if you have 2wd, auto or manual, and 3.73's you could see the 20's. change in for the 4.10's and you'll most likely get 18-20.

4wd, auto or manual and 3.73's you'll see around 18-20, 4.10's and the number will drop to around 16-18.

these are only averages, however, I have heard of some 2wd auto's w/3.73's constantly 14-16, and some 4x4's w/4.10's averageing around 20.

it all depends on your own driveing habits.

me, Ive got a 4x4, 6spd w/4.10's and I have been averageing around 19 lately

 

I have been getting 16.5 in the city and 19 on the highway if i keep it under 75. I do have a bully dog power pup download installed.

 

with help from Drew i have been able to get avg 21mpg hwy and 17 city but with average 68 mph must use fuel additives and BHAF lol
