You can put a second relay on the horn circuit so the horn will not blow, unless the actuall horn switch on the steering column is pushed in. You can even keep from losing the power lock honk, panic button honk and alarm by making the relay close the circuit if the engine is not running.

After thinking about this for a few more minutes, it would be easier to put the relay on the door switch so that if the door is open, the horn will not honk at all.
