Default Over 100000 Miles?

I currently dirve a dakota but I am looking into getting a plow truck for the winter to be doing some commercial plowing for a construction company up here in Anchorage Alaska. The question is if I get a Diesel that has over 100000 miles on it how are the other components doing? I know that that many miles on a diesel and it is just getting started. But how about the rest of the components like the, steering, suspension, and any other parts? How much life is left in those? Thanks in advance for the info.

Default RE: Over 100000 Miles?

it depends on what year it is. 2nd gen's are natorious for having weak steering linkages, but past that they run like a top.
