Had it hooked up and WOW!!! It was awesome- still trying to get an accurate fuel watch as haven't driven much cause rear brakes went out- lovely! BUt now- what injectors should I get and what is recommened to have now!

Isnt it funny how we can never have enough; we convince our spouses that this will be that only (last) thing I want/need and then give the explanation of how it will save us money because it helps in fuel economy, and just think of how much in a year we will save.......but knowing damn well 1.) there will always be someting else and 2.) We will drive the H$LL out of the thing to NEVER see that better fuel mileage!

Hay Boostyme- Ain't it the truth.... My boyfriend says its fast enough already!!! Yeah its fast but I want everything to run in sequence... No more using one thing more than it used to so it breaks... LOL. If I had enough money I would marry it- it makes me happier sometimes.
Drew- Thanks! People been tellling me to get the 60 horsepower injectors right now, but I know my pump will probably go out then. So hopefully I can get it all at once and save the headache of her lying on the side of the road dead!! And make me have to walk. What about clutches- do I need a heavier duty clutch- what do you suggest? She stinks sometimes so I lay off the levels and the pedal....

OUCH!!![&:][8D] thank goodness my wife doesnt look at it like that. . .and cannot drive a stick

anyway check out south bend clutches, I hear good reviews about them.
but, if you can do the 60 horse injectors and the pump at the same time then go for it, just make sure you have the lift pump on there first and it works. The worst thing you can do to that VP44 is have the pump die. then you'll be looking at haveing to get another lift pump and VP44 if you go to much farther.
VP44 is the 98.5-02 24 valve injector pump.
