Default 18inch wheels

I have a set of 18inch tires that are 275/65 load range E, not having any luck selling them so I was thinking about just buying 18inch rims, what effect will the bigger rims have on my truck, mpg, gearing, speedometer etc I hate to just let $800 tires just sit there with 5k on them.

stock tire size is like 31.6 inches tall. other tire size you're talking about is 32.07 inches tall. difference in the speedo will be 1.495%. at 60 your stock tires will be 60. at 60 with the 18's you'll only be going like 59 mph. don't think there will be much else different as far as stopping goes.
