Happy newbie
First, I wanted to say thanks to the whole forum. I've beeen jonesing for a new truck for about 6 months now and have been reading forum after forum on the big three trying to decide what diesel I wanted if I could ever get one.
Well, I'm now the proud papa of an 06 2500 4x4 CTD. I also have to add, IT F&%&) ROCKS. I'd ask questions but I've learned more that I thought I could know lurking around here and I just don't have any right now.
R
Hopefully I get this right so those of you who want to see a pic;

RE: Happy newbie
Mods. Hmm.
Well , first and foremost a good Line-X job. They left the poly liner in even though I didnt buy it. (know anyone who's looking for one???)
I'm still thinking about suspension and engine. Right now , I'm not willing to do anything that will alert the warranty police so what does that leave me free to do?
I would guess some intake and exhaust.
I do have a question on EGT gauages. Will the installation require hole drilling? If so, any recommendations on who would be qualified?
Other than that , I still need to get a feel for the truck.
I have noticed a strange urge to tow heavy stuff.[sm=smiley20.gif] I think my friends might try to take advantage of that...
