I realy dont thing the power wagon would have a cummins power plant unless someone took a 2500 diesel and straped all the goodies on aftermarket.
the block is too long and the intercooler would be in the way of the frame mounted winch.

There's actually an article in October's 'Diesel Power' magazine about a guy who did this. He bought a power wagon and a totalled 2500 and made a diesel power wagon. Good magazine BTW. lots of technical stuff.
