took about 30~40 minutes (hot engine) ouch! runs great... I still have to re-install the attitude monitor, maybe tomorrow at lunch.

 

HA HA HA, I know what you mean about the hot engine. I installed my TST with the engine hot and that Cam sensor is a beeootch to get to in the first place.

Chatted with the guy I did the web site in my siggy yesterday, he's got two trucks that came in not long ago with blown turbo's from this thing. Turbo spun up too fast and shattered the shaft on both. so this would probably go on any module, if it has boost limit, USE IT. the stock turbo cannot handle over 45PSI

I set the boost limit and alarm to 40 psi, most of the time (pre ATS) it would peak at about 39 and settle around 37~38...

 

Hey Steve, I have a 06 mega cab with the edge with attitude. How do you set the boost limit?
I have the alarm set at 36.

What did they say went wrong with the Edge??????

 

go to the configuration page and there is a spot there to set the max boost. Mines at 40 with the alarm at 40.

I asked Edge what they found with my unit but the gal who I had on the phone said that there was nothing in the computer about what was wrong. she said, they test it, and if it's bad and under warranty, they ship you a re-furbed one.

yeah the power is awesome, would be nice if the fuel economy was there right along with it... I'm down 1.5 mpg while using setting #3 when compared to stock, up 1.0 mpg using #1. it is nice to have the power available when you need it.

 

I have found that I get better mileage in extreme mode than any other setting. Anyone else find this to be the case with thiers?

 

is that hand calculated? the overhead is useless...mine is 3.8 mpg off on the high side. it regularly tells me im getting 17~18 mpg but in reality it's around 15 (lately)
