Maybe a dumb question but after I have installed the levelling kit, how do I know that my oil-level on the stick measures at the same level so to speak ? Or does it remain the same ?

It won't stay the same, but the difference is so close that you won't notice. Probably will be around 1/10th of a quart off or so. Nothin really to worry about.
