valve body... firmer shifts and higher line pressures to keep the clutches from slipping.

I take it the TST is just too much so your building the tranny to match. . .you never though the edge box would do this huh

actually, the slipping started without a box on the truck... the edge was out of the truck. yesterday IIRC the tst was set on 2/3 and it slipped again in 2nd so i decided to hold off on the Aero install and get the vb installed 1st. at the beginning of Nov i'm moving my oldest daughter up to WA and will be towing so its best to get this fixed asap. I figure if the aero is in there it's going to make it worse with the added low end...once the vb is installed, then I'll get the aero installed.

Steve00,

Dieselnut only uses Suncoast right?

And second (if you don’t mind) which one (Suncoast has dif. "levels" of VB's too don’t they?) and how much?

I am sooo jealous!

I can’t even talk about parts for my truck (recent upgrade in tires and leveling kit) until I finish remodeling the basement. [:@]

Then again its prob. a good thing she keeps me in line otherwise I'd have one tricked out truck but I'd prob. be sleepin in a box! [8D]

IIRC = if I remember correctly...

it's a suncoast one... and they list it for $486. Jason... "but I'd prob. be sleepin in a box! " ... AKA bed of ur truck... good thing I have a tonneau cover lol... naw actually my wifes awesome, she'd only kick me out as far as the living room... naw, ok, really she's great.
this is more of a necessity at the moment. If it werent slipping, I wouldnt be doing this right now... later for sure along with a torque converter (TC)
