Another goodie here. People just dont get it, they see a big diesel truck and think of it as the big oompa. Big, powerfull, and slow.[sm=gears.gif]

 

12.90's ... not too shabby for what seemed like a pretty stock truck

 

the second one was shot at a drag strip about 30 min from my house near san antonio texas. theres some fast diesels down here and most of them are little rich @$$holes spending daddys money........man that pisses me off wish I could blow my dads money....lol

 

yeah I have a friend who owns a 2001 cummins on 35's and it runs 12.2's he used daddys money because his dad is a real estate mogal and is a millionaire. We go find mud and get it all muddy then find lightnings, srt-10's chevy SS's and countless rice and just anialate them all. so much fun when his white truck is invisible in a plume of black smoke.

 

I love seeing that...everyone assumes because its big it cant be fast and that more cylinders makes it faster too [8D]
Thanks but no thanks, I will stick with my 6 banger and when I leave the race track I can go 4x4ing and not even have to change vehicles

 

oh yeah. funny thing about my friends truck is that one time at the drag strip some dude lost control in his 11 second 5.0 after he shredded a tire and he ended up in a muddy *** ditch. well they got the dually tow truck the strip owns but it got stuck in the mud some my friend pulled the tow truck out and then he pulled the 5.0 out of the mud as well. He still had a run left after this too and he ran it cover in muddy nastyness and he opted to not power brake it before his run and when he was flying down the strip I swear that mud was getting hurled from his tires like bullets. Everyone on the sides in the bleachers were ducking and covering their heads haha. If people think they have a fast truck...or car for that matter they need to find a built diesel and get their *** handed to them.

 

one of my friends bro-in-law brought a blown shelby mustang not long ago. he took it to the track about three weeks ago. the report back was he had his keester handed to him by a 3500 dually on 37's running 13's in the quarter.

I asked him when I was down there not long ago if he wanted to line up. . .he didnt seem to interested
