im about to change the front and rear diff fluid with royal purple i wanna change my manual trans (6 speed 2006) and transfer case fluid the manual calls for mopar atf +4 but im huge syn fan and want to put synthetic in there... being a tech i see the same cars over the years and tear into plenty of engines trans rear ends and u can see a huge diffrence in the way they run with reg mantance some people just dont understand but anywho anyone know of synthetic atf +4 or can i use a light weight gearoil?

What ever you use make sure it is AFT+4 or equivalent. The royal purple website did not list it as being ATF +4 or equivalent so make sure or you could wind up with a bad trans.

Now that is good ATF Fluid. I've used it in several different Dodge products and it works.

 

hit up amsoil, I have it throughout both my trucks, my NV5600 shifts ALOT smoother plus I gaind a little mileage from making the switch.
