Default Cold Air Intakes / Which one ?

I have a new Cummins 2006 SRW 3500 Mega Cab. Looking to improve low end and mid range power and hopefully mileage. Which intakes system works best. I am looking for feedback from folks who have used them. THanks for your help. I may do the exhaust also. Any feedback would be great.

welcome to df...

http://www.atsdiesel.com/ATSWebsite/...InManifold.asp

that is the ticket for what you want. CAI's have not proven to me to have ever added any fuel economy, just power & torque. I recommend you consider this setup...

ATS intake manifold
Conservative CAI (meaning the filter is not a mongo filter like what I have... AFE stage 2 with the proguard 7 filter... 6" flange, 7x9 size.
4040 Aero Turbine muffler with a magnaflow behind it. turns out this is an awesome combo for me along with the ats intake and the afe. when I use the stock intake, I consistantly get 1 mpg better than the AFE.

hope this helps...
