As they say, you get what you pay for.

Well with all of the problems the Ferds have I can see the dealer getting rid of them ASAP and at a cheap price while they still have some value [sm=badbadbad.gif]

I'm with Dodge This, I thought Dodge truck were the cheaper of the three. I already had the inside scoop of the new fords, b/c we use em at work. I looked at the Chevys,,, buuuut the engine wasnt very impressive and I will not deal with any dealer that treats customers the this place did.

I drove tow truck in Sacramento for 7 years before moving up here to Ely. All of them were FURD's. All of them, except the last one, had various problems. Suspension, Steering, Brake Rotors, Electrical, Transmissions, etc.

The last one was a 97 F600 flat bed. Know what it had for an engine? CUMMINS!!!! Yup, that's right. Couldn't get that engine in the FURD light duty rigs, but it was available in their Medium (F600's). Now that truck was FUN!
