The 2500's should already have the wiring harness under the overhead console
They DO ???

Are you sure about that ???

If its an '06 your talking about, nope, there is no wiring harness. It actually comes with the light kit. You laso have to run the wire down the pillar connect in to the IPC. It is really easy though. As a side note, when you have to run the wire through the firewall, i ran it through the same hole as the hood release cable goes. Using a little wire, it was a nice tight fit.

I think they look good. I dont want to drill holes in my roof. I think I would pay someone also.

Where did you get an aftermarket clearance light kit? I would like them on my truck as well.

You can get the kit from Chrysler. I'm sure other aftermarket sources sell them also.

Sadly enough for me I dont want to do it and I dont trust anyone other than myself to do it. Kind of a catch 22.[:@]

If someone else buys it I will put it on my truck and write up a nice DIY. Or anyone in the area, I will put them on.

I'm still kinda curious as to weather the wireing is already there? If it is, that just might push me over the edge.

These trucks last a long time. Does anyone have any info on whether they will have rust problems ten years down the line. I live in a place that rains alot and that is what is stopping me from getting them.
