Hello everybody, I have a 2003 4x4 quad cab Cummins that is dead in the driveway. It will not start and I get error codes P0193 which is FUEL RAIL PRESSURE SENSOR CIRCUIT HIGH INPUT, also error 0259 INJECTION PUMP FUEL METERING CONTROL "B" HIGH. I verifified that the transfer pump is operating in the fuel tank(recall fixed) and that the intake heater grid is warming up. The motor will crank over but will not fire up. Any fix it ideas is appreciated.

 

I'm thinking your FCA on the CP3 might have gotten clogged. you can pull it off and shake it, if it clicks when you shake it your fuel rail pressure sensor is bad, if no clicking then the FCA is bad.
