My check engine light came on. I took it to the dealer and they stated that it needed to be reflashed with an upgrade.
Bulletin Release 1803206. Anyone know what this is ???

are you sure it isnt 18-003-06 which is "Flash: Long Crank When Starting And/Or Transmission Shift And Battery Charging

I will double check tonight when I go pick the truck up at the Dealer. If the (flash) computer code was bad why did it take 3000 miles before the check engine light came on ?? THanks for your help ! Is there others outstanding ? (Flash updates).

 

if you got the latest flash then you have all the updates. I'm still running the firm ware from 04 when the 600's first came out. if I had any problems right now I would have to get the hedious back up alarm horn of doom flash. I just put up with the white smoke, fortunetly I dont have much when I fire off cold.

Dealer states checked for codes (1 stored) checked for TSB's found 18-032-06 performed reflash on PCM. Transfered VIN and SKIM key to PCM, Cleared codes. Any help ?
