It took me a while to find it, but yeah, I paid $199.00 for the Aero 3535XL which is the resonated version. I bought it along with 3 clamps and a 2 foot hunk of pipe. It cost $11.82 to ship it all and the total for everything was $256.22. I've since returned the 3 clamps so I got a credit of $24.90.

Here's how it all breaks down ....

$199.00 - Aero
$20.50 - pipe
$11.82 - shipping
$100.00 - labor to install

Grand total spent for the whole shebang was $331.32.

The muffler normally is $249.00 if I remember correctly so yeah, I got the $50.00 off.

 

wow, that's not a bad price... what will he do for those with 3.5" exhausts? IIRC, all the trucks prior to '03 have 3.5" exhausts.

 

All Tom has said is that he needs to move 2 crates of the product to justify the price.
How many would need the 3.5", as opposed to the 4.0"?

 

I would be interested and have been kinda waiting for this to come up. I am wanting the tip also and even with the price of the 4040xl this low it would still cost me more this way.

4040xl =165 + shipping
4 to 5 tip = 89.10 + shipping
equals 254 + 2 shipping charges.

Good price if you just want the muffler .Think I will just order the kit from him for $240.00 !!!
