Welcome to the Dodge front end!!! Trac bar is bad again!!! Anyone know a good brand to go with? I only have a leveling kit and fairly bigger tires. Oh yeah its 4x4 if it matters.

The bubble hasn't burst yet. I would hope that would be enough proof for DC. No sign of rust, just a bubble the size of a quarter.
Then it sounds like you have a valid claim. I would get that taken care of sooner than later. Let us know how it goes.

TAKE PICTURES of the bubble BEFORE you take it in !!! That way when THEY pop it, you'll have proof of what it looked like BEFORE you took it in.
