Sorry, my boss has a 2005 Dodge and he has never used the block heater. Where is the cord at? We looked on my 2001 and it's a pain to get to but I know where it is. On his truck the manual says behind right headlight and also behind grill. We still cannot find it. Anyone have any answers?

Well, if his truck is anything like the newer models.... there is no cord. It has to be purchased and plugged into the block heater which on my truck anyway is just under the exhaust manifold on the block close to the turbo.
There about $35 ! and can be bought at the dealer and I've also seen them on ebay.
